School Enforces Prison Jumpsuit Punishment

July 30, 2008 – 7:33 pm by Nick

Prison punishment

Gonzales High School is taking extreme measures to enforce the dress code. Any student found to be in violation of the dress code will be forced to wear blue “prison” jumpsuits for a whole day. The Texas school district’s leaders say this ridiculous experiment is “worth a try” to maintain the conservative values of the community.

This punishment, involving costumes, will only encourage students to disobey. Personally, teachers should pile on the detentions and not allow students miss classes.

Some parents voiced their concern with the school’s colorful punishment.
